eSports are attracting attention around the world. However, eSports often require complex operations in a short time, making it difficult for many people with upper limb disabilities to play satisfactorily. Therefore, we propose an eSports support system that assists the operations performed by persons with upper limb disabilities during games based on the quantity and quality of training. Since this system takes into account the prior training, the sense of agency of the upper limb disabled person is unlikely to be reduced even when the system provides assistance. If the quantity and quality of training are visualized, it is expected that opponents will be more likely to feel a sense of fairness even if assistance is provided to those with upper limb disabilities.
